San Francisco is an incredible destination with so much to offer school music groups.  Tour Alcatraz, visit Fisherman's Wharf, Twin Peaks, Chinatown, Golden Gate Park, The Presidio, Marin Headlands, Sausalito, The Academy of Sciences, Pier 33, The Exploratorium, and so much more.  Walk the Golden Gate Bridge.  Ride the cable cars and visit the cable car museum.  Attend a theater show or a concert of the San Francisco Orchestra.  Walk through a redwood forest.  Spend a day in Monterey and visit the Monterey Aquarium, the 17-Mile Drive, Cannery Row, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and more.  San Francisco has some incredible performance venues such as the band shell in Golden Gate Park, Justin Herman Plaza on the Embarcadero, and Union Square downtown.
